Itinerary

Day 1 — Earth and air of the Andes

    Departure

    Travel toward The Beautiful Emerald of the Andes (Huanta).

  2. 09:00

    Sanctuary check-in

    Camp kit assigned at the spiritual sanctuary.

  3. 10:00

    Ancestral waterfalls eco-trek

    Walk to Huancayocc Waterfalls and Occochaca Cascade among eucalyptus, níspero, and native flora.

  4. 13:30

    Light lunch on the trail

    Rest by the sound of water (lunch not included).

  5. 17:00

    Cristo Blanco viewpoint

    Panoramic view of the Huanta valley in the evening light.

  6. 18:00

    Return to camp

    Settle and rest after the adventure day.

  7. 19:30

    Opening circle

    Medicine protocol and personal intentions for the retreat.

  8. 20:00

    Light conscious dinner

    Prepared to honor the body as a temple before meeting the medicine.

    Group integration

    Sharing, gentle dynamics, and fire under the stars.

Day 2 — Purification, fire, and ceremony

    Breakfast buffet

    Fruits of the land and traditional níspero juice.

  2. 09:00

    Mountain bike tour and purification

    MTB through valley trails among fields and native vegetation, with a purification stop.

  3. 12:00

    Return and silence

    Back to the sanctuary and time for introspection.

  4. 13:00

    Light snack

    Papaya, apple, and pear concentrate to prepare the body for the night.

  5. 15:00

    Air connection

    Guided dusk meditation and deep breathwork.

  6. 17:30

    Fire connection

    Therapeutic fire to release burdens as the sun sets.

  7. 20:00

    Ayahuasca ceremony

    Led by the maestro. Spiritual immersion of about 4–5 hours. Night in the sanctuary camp.

Day 3 — Integration and return

  1. 07:00

    Traditional broth

    Closing at the sanctuary to comfort the body and settle the experience.

  2. 09:00

    Vision interpretation

    Share messages with the group and facilitator.

  3. 10:30

    Free time

    Rest, silent meditation, or a light walk around the sanctuary.

  4. 12:00

    Return to Huamanga

    Transfer back and end of service.

What to bring

For a safe, comfortable, and transformative experience, please bring:

  • Safari-style hat (sun protection for transfers and walks)
  • Sunglasses
  • Walking stick (recommended for the waterfall trail and eco-trek)
  • Swimwear (essential for the waterfall purification ritual)
  • Warm layers: nights in Huanta are cold — beanie, fleece or polar, thick socks
  • Comfortable night clothes: preferably cotton, loose, and layered
  • Change of clothes (after the waterfall and for following days)
  • Natural insect repellent and sunscreen
  • Water bottle for transfers
