Basis: consent, contract performance and legal duties (Law No. 29733). Health data is used solely for suitability and safety, under strict confidentiality and restricted staff access.

Retention and security

We keep the CRM profile while a commercial relationship or legal duty exists. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (access control, encryption in transit, signature/hash evidence of the health form).

Transfers and ARCO rights

We do not transfer data to third parties without prior consent, except legal mandate or competent authority.
